when's the best time to rush a fraternity?

Gonna be a freshman next year and wanted to know if it would be best to rush in the fall, spring or sophomore year? I'm also trying to gain standard admissions to Kelley so is freshman year possible as long as I am organized and have good time management? Thanks.

Fall of freshman year but don't take a ton of hard I-core classes if you're going into Kelley

Rush fall. Don't be dumb. Do your homework. You have plenty of time if you are organized.
