TPA is first in line to get the house. They have an offer right now that if in the next 48 hours they get 90 girls to confirm they would live there, they can have the house this semester even.

Not everyone from terra us miving to the house...Most of the upper classman will remain there. The $1000 everyone is speaking about is a wrong number anyway its almosr 1300, which is for room and board, meals , utilities and dues. Not to mention that they have 200 people in the chapter,+ just bid another 23 this week. This is no more than living in Briscoe per month, so it is doable for most people.

Please. Stop wildly speculating on chapter information and financial information you know nothing about. If TPA gets this house, that would be so incredible! But spilling the chapters personal info all over the place is so unnecessary. We will know when we know.
