what is going on with iu greek new rules?

I am going to Iu in the fall this year and am going to rush, but I'm confused on what is going on with the new rules for fraternity houses. Are there still good parties at the houses or are are they other places now or what exactlly is going on? People have said that greek life at IU is dying.

If you're talking about the no hard alc etc. I completely forgot about that whole scandal until seeing this post. Absolutely nothing has changed at any of the countless frat parties I've been to this year
