they don't spring rush like everyone else, they have 2 events, one in february and one in april where they give out bids but you pledge in the fall. It's a different crowd, lot of Indiana kids. Considered a top house, their new mansion definitely helps.

He's right about everything except the fact that they're considered a top house. I honestly don't think the general population considers them a top house. A good one? Absolutely. But a top house? I don't think so.
