Are their apartments nice? If I join their sisterhood would I have to live there? Want to be in a sorority but not down to live in a house--I neeed my space and am planning on living with my current roommate again next year

The apartments are decent. I think all the ones that Theta Phi has have all been taken but are a good option. You do not have to live there
