pcs picked out before recruitment

is it true that some sororities already had their pledge classes picked out before recruitment even started?? i know this is very possible, since so many girls are from the indy and chicago areas

I don't think any chapter has a full PC picked out before recruitment. However, if someone knows a bunch of girls in a chapter and they like each other, it certainly makes it easier to get a bid.
