Sammy just got evicted out of their house for damages and they are being sued by another house. Skulls and Pike are basically the same size as housed fraternities and are the only real options for getting a house. Rumor has it that Pike isn't interested in getting one at the moment.
Beta Sig and down are very tiny fraternities at IU and have no name recognition and limited parties.

Sammy isn't getting anything because they got evicted out of one house and the place where Sammy is living now is suing them for damages. It would be crazy for Delts to take Sammy when all they do is destroy their home.

how exactly are they really close to getting it? there is 5 fraternities interested and they havent even started bidding on it
