You do know that the only reason AGD is doing COB is because their renovated house is increasing its size and they didn't want more girls through recruitment? If I were them it's smart to do COB and take some of the girls who didn't get bids from higher tiers than take a large bid night pledge class with not enough girls that they want.
Zeta is doing COB because bad eggs dropped last year and now they need more. It's not zeta that's bad, it's the girls that dropped.

With or without cob, agd is above sdt, sk and adpi. They're doing cob to fill the gigantic house they're getting, which is a better strategy than taking literally everyone on bid day.
