spring frat rankings

Things are changing and this should help spring rushes. Remember finding a house you fit into is more important than this list and things constantly change.

Top: SigChi, Pi Kappa, Fiji, Beta, ZBT
Upper Mid: Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, Phi Sig
Mid: Theta Chi, Sig Pi, SNU, Sammy, Acacia, SAE
Lower Mid: AePi, Sig Ep, DChi, DU, Lambda, TKE
Lower: Skulls, Pike, DSig, ASig...

Delts getting kicked off and the new house pushed Fiji back up for sure.
With their little 5 partner and pairing well recently, ZBT is somewhat between tiers but leaning towards top.
Phi Delt also doing very well.
Theta Chi is doing very well. Could see them jump to upper mid soon.
Sammy will continue to fall but they are still doing okay.
Acacia doing extremely well. Their pledge class is good and have DZ as little 5 partner.
Can't speak about the other houses. Copied lower mid/lower from other post.

Having D (sleez) Z as a partner for Little 5 doesn't show you are rising. What do you know about their pledges? They are new and have done nothing...ACACIA is falling, not on the rise.
The 70s called and want to make another movie with them loosing to cutters. ..

What has kappa sig been doing lately, they don't even have a little 5 pair and I would keep ZBT at upper mid, maybe the top of upper mid
