Quota was set at 55 originally but went down to 54 after SO many PNMs dropped out of recruitment.
1194 PNMs ACCEPTED their bids. I do not know how many were extended bids, but chose to reject them. With about 1700 PNMs registered for recruitment, this is roughly a 70% placement rate (which could have been higher if so many PNMs did not drop out of rush/had accepted the bids extended to them)

Nearly everyone who had to attend a DPhiE pref party suicided and didn't put them on their list. Sorry, these girls may be sweet, but they're in a death spiral. This is the second year in a row they've had numbers like this for formal. They only pick up a couple in informal. How much longer can they hang on like this?

ASA announced that they took 52, not 54. I'm not sure why people on this website have to lie.

ASA offered 54 bids, two were declined in bid night. They may be up 54 now, I would assume they are. TPA had 48 accepted bids on bid night, I do not know if they matched with 54 and some were declined or if they only matched 48. Either way, neither made quota. It's not bad or good, just fact.

@by There is nothing wrong with wanting to live in a sorority house. I would guess that MOST sorority sisters living IN a house feel the same way. I'm not going to feel bad about that AT ALL. The 2 housed chapters did not invite me back so that was it for me. I don't feel bad about not wanting to be in an unhoused sorority. Just not my thing. And yeah, I'll get over it but it sucks.

You were rushing to be able to live in a building. And so you post on here wanting people to feel bad for you (and you're not the only one, plenty of girls have come on here saying the same thing, and I am just sick of it) saying you need to go to therapy, because you didn't get picked to be able to LIVE IN A BUILDING. WOW.

Not at all. Most people reading this GET IT. Unhoused chapters at IU are laughed at, scoffed at, and basically not "legit". Why would I want to PAY MONEY to spend four year being treated like a second class citizen on campus AND not living in a house?... It DOES matter. It mattered to me and a lot of other girls. You may not agree, and that's fine, I respect your opinion.

Do you even understand how societies work? Or are you just too Lazy and entitled?
People laugh at unhoused chapters because they're being told that for some reason they are not as good as you are. People keep spreading these lies. If you're so intent on joining a "good" chapter why don't you join an unhoused and prove to everyone how good it is.

I agree with Lol. You sound lazy and entitled like a lot of PNMs who just wanted to join a housed chapter, live in the house, and live "the sorority life". Instead of joining an unhoused chapter, and being the change they need. It's a good thing you didn't join an unhoused chapter, you would've just been some dead weight to carry for them!! Now they can work with the girls they bidded, and be the change they need.

They're so sweet! I wish I could do more for them. PNM's just did not accept the bids given to them by DPhiE I think is the most likely situation. They had plenty of ladies at their pref parties it looked like...
