SIGMA kappa has an incredible recuitment. EVERY girl was graceful, pretty, and held great conversations. The rooms looked amazing, they clearly paid a lot for recuitment and did not half ass it. Anyone that says otherwise is jealous, they are on par, if not above, any other house recruitment wise. I know a ton of girls who are putting SK top of their list, and I know that hundreds of girls were cut each round so they're being very picky. Whoever has the audacity to come on this site and bash SK is simply jealous and incredibly petty at this point. I was there this morning and I can only hope that I am lucky enough to get a bid. As mentioned, ANYONE that says otherwise is some sorority girl tryimg to make them look bad to better their own reputation and that's awful.

Sororities that are new don't have historical return rates and are not cutting hundreds until a few years in. It's nothing against SK, it's just how it's done.

True, they didn't have historical data, but their alumnae do understand recruitment. They decided how many girls needed to be cut and let the chapter rank them their way. They could have cut as many or as few as they wanted. They chose the aggressive route, and obviously it paid off.

yup i got cut early on, same with a bunch of ppl on my floor... was not expecting that at all. the girl who spoke to me was straight up the prettiest girl ive ever seen i dont remember her nae but she had really long hair and looked like a supermodel lmao.

New does not equal weak. If they were a weak chapter, they wouldn't be getting a house in less than a year on campus. Over 400 women interviewed for a bid when they colonized, and 165 got bids. Why would you be surprised they would be easy to get into? I know they cut a lot of women early, they were selective. They recruited with KD, Phi Mu, AXiD, DG, AOII and AEPhi, not with ASA, DPhiE, TPA, AGD, ADPi and SDT like people thought they would. Gotta hand it to SK.

tbh, all the negative comments on here is just free publicity for their chapter, i know it may seems like hate will weaken their rep, but quiete the opposite. it shows other women care.

Lol...what? Most sororities national office will buy them a house so they can hopefully compete with the existing sororities...as long as nationals has the money.
Investing in a house has nothing to do with whether SK is strong at IU. It means that its nationals wants it to succeed.

i seriously doubt anyone in sk cares at this point. lots of pnms would post that actually, like they have about every other chapter.
