how would you describe each unhoused sorority?
by: PNMI was invited back to only unhoused sororities and if I'm lucky will be accepting a bid from one. I was just wondering what your thoughts are on each unhoused? Do they party? Do they have a strong sisterhood? Thank you!

I think that some of the unhoused sororities have the strongest sisterhoods in terms of being accepting and supportive of each other.
Even if you were in a housed chapter you wouldn't be super close with all of your sisters. That's just not realistic. And because of that I feel like the chapters that don't have houses really aren't that much different as some people would like you to believe.
Also yes they have social lives and pair and go out.
You'll find all of this if you were lucky enough to join but you need to give the chapter that you join a fair chance and throw yourself into the chapter activities to integrate yourself. It's up to all of the individuals to make the experience what they want and you may have to be the initiator for some things, but it's totally worth it

ASA-I know the most about this chapter because I know girls in there. They have a strong sisterhood, very inclusive of others. They genuinely care about each other and are nice girls. I have never heard an ASA say something negative about another chapter or a sister.
DPhiE- They are slowly building their chapter and there would be a lot of opportunity here for a leadership position. If you are interested in being an officer and making a difference in a chapter early on, this would be the place to go. The girls I have met have varied from really outgoing to quieter and more introverted but very nice. A diamond in the rough.
TPA-I only know a few girls here and they seem to lay pretty low. You don't hear a lot about them, which seems like it would translate to low drama. They are still going strong after being the first house to colonize after many years. They seem to be well established and really enjoy their apartment block. Just because they don't have a house doesn't mean they don't live together.
Good luck OP.

Keep in mind that these are somewhat stereotypic based on girls that I personally know.
ASA's -- are generally considered approachable and easy to talk to. I think they also tend to have a high overall GPA.
DPhiE's -- are known for their strong sisterhood and mutual support. Tend to be down-to-earth, real, and would never say something bad about a sister.
TPA's -- are known to be close and I think they are slightly more social. I see them out at parties a lot.

ASA has really sweet girls who love one another.
DPhiE has really supportive girls. This chapter is changing quickly and you would be able to make a huge impact in it. Like a different poster said...the leadership potential here is huge.
TPA has girls who really enjoy living together in their apartment block, which is basically like a house. Seem nice from the ones I've met.
