If I decide to accept a bid but don't initiate and end up transferring can I still rush in the fall at my new school?

As long as you do not initiate you are not bound by the recruitment rules if you transfer. :-)

Yes, but don't accept if you know you are going to transfer. You take a spot away from another girl who really wants it!!

Plus you will receive lots of gifts and letters upon joining and through pledging and a Big/pledge mom that is wasted.

Don't accept with the intent to not initiate!!
