what are tpa's apartments called?

I was just wondering what TPA's apartments are called and where they were located. Thanks!

Terra Trace and they are kind of by the stadium

They are near the stadium, however, their apartments are remodeled in comparison to all the other apartments in Terra Trace

I hope so, my Mom said Terra Trace was awful when she was in school. They were built in the 70's and were awful. I am sure TPA had to put some money into them.

They were redone about 5 years ago. One of my best friends is in tpa and they're super nice. Looks nothing near the other apartments in terra trace
