I just heard from the head of greek affairs at IU that KDR and Alpha Sig are splitting the house. KDR gets one wing and Alpha Sig gets the other and the middle and courtyard will be common areas. Just confirmed on KDR's twitter!!

There is no way they can fill the Delt house with the number of women they have. They did not outbid SK on the Phi Psi house, they were outbid by TKE for the Sammy house. They didn't have enough women to even put a bid on Phi Psi.

ASA probably wouldn't even try to get this house. They have a chapter space now, so that shows their nationals don't want them to have a house for a few years. Whoever gets the house though, I saw in a news article Delts was gone for 5 years so it'll be a good amount of time.

5 years is not long. Delts will be back before you know it and reclaim their house. So, however gets it wouldn't have it for very long.

I think there's a possibility another chapter could do what AGD did with phi psi and rent the house for a year or two while they renovate, most of the frats and a few of the sororities could really benefit from that
