best house?

The phi psi house is not a sorority house and is not meant for a sorority to live there. It's only beautiful because AGD decorated it well and SK will also decorate it well but the house itself is a frat setup.

There are lots of beautiful houses. In fact, every house would make me proud to live in. But of them all, Kappa is just awesome. Not only is it in the heart of campus, it sits on a huge amount of land--almost like a castle. There are newer and more modern houses, but I love Kappa.
I'm not putting down other houses or the unhoused chapters--just giving my opinion!

Alright kappas house is pretty dope, lots of original parts of the house and new additions. Plus the covered courtyard kitchen is sick

I meant AGDs actual house that's being renovated not the phi psi house
