Perhaps you don't want PNMs to think SK will be housed. Perhaps it gives your house a better chance at recruitment if PNMs think SK will not have a house. They will have a house for two years and will build after that. If their National can get them a house in less than a year, I am sure they can figure out how to get a house built in three.

SK will have a house next year and for the years ahead. They have an Exceptionally strong nationals with $$$ to build and get it done.

SK is telling all PNMs that new members WILL be able to live in the house. It will be based off GPA.

Since they just found out about the house many if not most have already signed leases with other places. And a lot of girls probably joined sigma kappa solely for the fact that they can't afford a house so I guarantee you their will probably plenty of room

There will be space for plenty new members. 2 out of 3 girls I talked to from both rounds weren't living in because they had already signed leases somewhere else and one was a senior who wasn't interested in living in. So I think a majority of the new PC will be able to live in. Plus not all new members will want to live in.

Each sorority has the house leased for a set time frame. If AGD's house isn't ready in time, they still have to move out and let SK move in since that's when their lease begins. That's the law. Imagine it this way. You sign a lease for an apartment starting on a specific date. The people currently leasing that apartment say "oh sorry, our new house isn't done yet, so we aren't moving by the start of your lease date after all." They still have to move because their lease is over.

AGD really needs to stop telling people otherwise. They're insecure enough that SK has surpassed them even without a house. All this story telling is making them look desperate.

AGD doe not have 1 thing to worry about and neither does SK.

I was asked back to both SK and AGD for 16 party and whenever the housing situation came up all the girls were totally chill. AGD had nothing bad to say about SK and seemed positive that their new house will be done on time so idk where this drama is coming from

If this is a Legit concern for any PNM......which it is likely not.... for gen do not join this houses there are plenty and plenty of other girls that don't see this as a concern.
