phi psi house??
by: ???If AGDs renovations aren't done by next fall, will sk still get the house? If not where will AGD live? And if yes where will Sk live?

AGD has priority on the house since SK is actually leasing the house from AGD. If AGD lives in phi Psi again, I have no idea where SK will go. However, I believe AGDs house should be renovated on time so AGD would be living in their own house and SK will be living in phi Psi.

You shouldn't be talking to an AGD right now as a PNM, there is a thing called Panhellenic Silence. So either you're not being honest or an AGD is violating recruitment rules.

Perhaps you don't want PNMs to think SK will be housed. Perhaps it gives your house a better chance at recruitment if PNMs think SK will not have a house. They will have a house for two years and will build after that. If their National can get them a house in less than a year, I am sure they can figure out how to get a house built in three.

You say PhiPsi "should be coming back in next two years" You have Absolutely No, Zero Idea what you are saying. Unless you are the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Relations here at IU and or from Phi Psi National Head Quarters, you should NOT spread FALSE information.
SK will have a house next year and for the years ahead. They have an Exceptionally strong nationals with $$$ to build and get it done.
Only give true and accurate information, do not put false and misleading speculations here when you have no clue.

I was told that they will never be an unhoused sorority but idk. It doesn't matter since they will only live in rehouse two years either way and by their senior year I doubt they would care

SK is telling all PNMs that new members WILL be able to live in the house. It will be based off GPA.

Since they just found out about the house many if not most have already signed leases with other places. And a lot of girls probably joined sigma kappa solely for the fact that they can't afford a house so I guarantee you their will probably plenty of room

There will be space for plenty new members. 2 out of 3 girls I talked to from both rounds weren't living in because they had already signed leases somewhere else and one was a senior who wasn't interested in living in. So I think a majority of the new PC will be able to live in. Plus not all new members will want to live in.

Each sorority has the house leased for a set time frame. If AGD's house isn't ready in time, they still have to move out and let SK move in since that's when their lease begins. That's the law. Imagine it this way. You sign a lease for an apartment starting on a specific date. The people currently leasing that apartment say "oh sorry, our new house isn't done yet, so we aren't moving by the start of your lease date after all." They still have to move because their lease is over.
AGD really needs to stop telling people otherwise. They're insecure enough that SK has surpassed them even without a house. All this story telling is making them look desperate.

I was asked back to both SK and AGD for 16 party and whenever the housing situation came up all the girls were totally chill. AGD had nothing bad to say about SK and seemed positive that their new house will be done on time so idk where this drama is coming from

If this is a Legit concern for any PNM......which it is likely not.... for gen do not join this houses there are plenty and plenty of other girls that don't see this as a concern.
Go somewhere else and stop the web spinning.

okay this other PNM is not lying literally during the round today an AGD girl was showing me pics of the new house and said "but if we aren't done then we will stay here" and then sigma kappa obviously shoves that they're getting the house down my throats so it's a valid question and pretty confusing for PNMs

Well one thing you can 100% guarantee you are gonna live in a kick ass house of you go Agd. Either way you will be housed no ifs ands or buts

FOR ALL PNMS. SK signed their lease through Phi Psi NOT AGD. AGD will be living in their new, totally awesome, rebuilt house. And SK will be living in the Phi Psi house that they are very excited about. There's no way that SK could have even signed a two year lease through AGD because AGD signed a two year lease last year. Where'd that extra year come from? They shortened their contract because they didn't need the house for that long and Phi Psi rented to SK. We're all in greek life (or will be), let's celebrate the good things. SK is happy for their house and AGD is pumped about theirs. Both of the houses are beautiful, but don't join a chapter because of this. TALK TO THE PEOPLE RECRUITING YOU. You have to like the PEOPLE you'll be living with, regardless of what address you'll be living at.
