What houses like legacies a lot?

All of them are interested in their legacies but...lit depends how many actual legacies each house has going through that factors into the numbers game plus a legacy at one house may pick another house

Also each chapter has a different legacy policy, in most if the PNM makes it to pref they have to be on that chapters first bid list...

So lots of factors in play

^^ This is completely wrong. Theta since it was founded in Indiana has a ton of legacies go through every year, more than they could put in one pledge class. Actually if you look at records, DG takes the highest percentage of legacies.
