Nobody likes SK, guaranteed a bunch of girls will drop when they have only unhoused left during rush like any year, getting the phi psi house for two years didn't magically make them the next Pi Phi, Chi O, etc. also most of the hot girls are graduating/have dropped so they'll probably still be middle bottom with their house, at least other bottom houses can be trusted to show up to pairs and be nice to other girls at parties

Actually they have the phi psi (agd) house next year. For only being reestablished for a year and they already have a house? You know they're gonna go up in rank and get a lot of good girls.

Andddddd they're new. Like yeah they've made mistakes from what I've seen, but like I think a lot of people are just jealous that they're pretty hot and they're going up in ranks pretty quickly. I have a friend in there and they're just not showing up to like freakin skulls, dsig, and pike because let's face it... why would they want to.

I agree with the general tiers but don't think it is meant to be in order within the tiers bc if so it's pretty off. Chio is the last of the tops, tri delt a phi and p phi are pretty hard to separate. Zeta is the first of the upper mids with kappa following then AXO Gphi and DZ. The mid is KD Axid DG theta and lower mid is AOPi, Aephi, phi mu, and AGD is bottom

I agree with this. Even if you don't love SK I think it's obvious they're better then any unhoused chapter (social wise), anyone that says otherwise is probably jealous tbh. Also switch phi Mu and aephi bc aephi is a loooooot better and much hotter girls and just all around cooler then phi mu sorry lol it's tru
