The real cut off for freshmen is like a 3.3, anything above a 3.0 would theoretically put you in the clear for all of the houses but a 3.3 would make it so you aren't put lower on their list because your GPA effects your score at every chapter and a lot of girls that didn't stand out at a house will get cut because a lot of other girls will be between 3.0-3.2 and if they didn't score higher in another area to compensate for their average GPA they run the risk of getting lost in the shuffle of things because rush is based on standing out positively, if your GPA won't be 3.3+ you should start thinking of interesting things about yourself that other people would be remember about you in a good way for those first two rounds (ex. Travel, community service, interest in biking for little 5, on campus participation, hobbies like music, art, makeup, etc)
