In my opinion phi psi is nicest house. Currently occupied by AGD. Sigma kappa moving in the fall. Seen the inside twice it's very nice I think

Yeah once SK takes Phi Psi it will definitely be competing with AXiD for newest sleekest homes, Kappa for sure has the nicest traditional house!

stop about SK. Just because they have Phi Psi's house doesn't mean it's theirs, it's still Phi Psi's house LOL.

I'd say the nicest houses will be AXiD, AXO, AGD (after renovation), and ADPi

SK is living in for at least 2 years, who cares who owns it lol it's their house that's what a contract is lmfao. I agree though, have lots of friends in AGD so I saw inside it's unreal.... nicest house by far tbh. Walk in closets, double lofted beds, lucky girls
