Honestly, Chi O is an anomaly. They really seem to recruit more on vibe than anything, but their pledge class ends up being really pretty. I think of them as kind of alternative, Portland vibe. They don't seem to look at PNMs who try too hard. You either fit in there or you don't, doesn't matter if you're a legacy.
