spring recruitment

Word on the street is that about half the usual amount of girls signed up for formal recruitment. With the rule that chapters must take in at least 50 girls I think PNM's are gonna be looking at a pretty damn easy rush this year. Any thoughts on the issue?

My friend posted that more PNMs signed up this year than any other past year of recruitment. Where did you hear this from?

A significant less amount of girls have signed up to rush probably around 500-700 less girls

Official number is 477. President sent an email to all the girls who registered.

Around 1900 signed up, which is just like any other year

There are about 1900, which is pretty much normal and a little above where the numbers have been previously. There were only 1000 as of the beginning of November, but that changed.

I heard from a girl on the Panhellenic board that they were freaking out because of how few girls signed up.

Lots of girls waited until the last minute to sign up, the number of PNMs is about the same as usual.
