fall rush

I'll be a sophomore this year and I am planning on rushing for the fall. I didn't get a bid last fall, do i have any chance? I know a few guys but i'm not super close with them or anything. I'm looking at phi delt. What are my chances?

Yes, a lot of houses take sophomores. I had a few sophomores in my PC as a freshman, and there are sophomores in the PC below me. It's not a big deal.
