Love this ranking, puts all the self proclaimed top tier frats in their actual place. To add to it, here are the tiers based on the above rankings.

Side note: I'm a big fan of how much AEPi has improved so I can see them moving up a couple rankings in the near future too.

This is the best I've ever seen. Freshman- use this for rush if you're curious about tier. Even the bottom houses fraternities are great though so don't let tier make up your mind too much!
