Idk any sophomores who got bids with GPAs below a 3.3, freshmen with lower GPAs but everything else bump sophomores in their GPA range bc bidding a certain amount of freshmen is required for most chapters, only exceptional sophomores really get bids

A sophomore with a 2.8 should be good for rushing. Some houses will want a higher gpa but a 2.8 should get you to many houses.

Most houses have a gpa requirement above a 2.8. You will not get a bus as a sophomore with a 2.8 unless you are bff's with every girl in that chapter

Get as close to a 3.0 you can. Personality and knowing the girls in the house will go a long way as long as you meet the minimum gpa. Go for it girl!

A girl in my rush group was the whole package as a sophomore, thin, tall, tan, nice, classy, well dressed, but she had a 2.8 and she went from 10 chapters at 16 party to 3 at 9 (the unhoused)

2.75 should get you in the door. Knowing the girls and fitting in will get you the bid. Don't give up. You have the advantage of a year to get to know actives and form friendships. That will ultimately get you in the house not gpa.

You can't even rush with a 2.75, minimum is 2.8, they are not flexible with sophomores, you had 3 semesters to get to a 2.8

No, most houses cut everyone below a 3.0 as a sophomore except the unhoused, some are higher with 3.1/3.2 for sophomores, and ADPi is 3.3, they give you a packet at orientation, their nationals sets the requirement, larger national organizations are more selective for the most part
