I beg to differ, you have obviously not taken a recent look because ADPi is an underrated house with girls that are beautiful inside AND out and are super nice!

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 Sisters complain about cliques and because only one pledge class lives in at once, they say the different pledge classes don't get along. Don't know about this losing their charter stuff, but they are in trouble. Most of the greek community doesn't like them.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.4 PNMs: ADPi is currently in trouble with their nationals and has gotten in trouble since then. They are closest to losing their charter out of all of the sororities and they're not being careful either. It would be a shame to join and then have your house be the new AKAK.
