Fun guys that love having a good time and a good brotherhood. Courtyard is sick and they throw some awesome parties. Also most guys in the house are dating top tier girlfriends so they are doing something right. Love them

Honestly such a fun house that doesn't get all wrapped up in the tier BS. Fun guys that love having a good time and a good brotherhood. Courtyard is sick and they throw some awesome parties. Also most guys in the house are dating top tier girlfriends so they are doing something right. Love them

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 4.0 Great guys who know how to throw down, top tier rushes who don't want the douchyness of a top tier house. As far as I've seen the pairs they get aren't too great but parties are still fun regardless. Above average middle tier house.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 2.2 Never really had fun at their pairs. It felt like a middle school dance where the guys were on one side of the room and girls on the other. They were rude to the girls by implying they were better. I'd rather pair down and be treated nicely with fun guys than pair up with awkward guys who are too self involved.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 4.2 Theta Chi's freshman and sophomore pledge classes are really cute and fun guys. They always have a good time at parties and have a really good party room and courtyard. Overall I think they will slowly keep coming up if they keep rushing in kids like they have been the last couple of pledge classes.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 2.6 I know a good amount of guys who are really laid back and fun to be around but they are way to into their fraternity by thinking they are way better than they are. Too good to pair for lower houses but when Lil 5 comes around they'll pick up whatever.
