Their parties are kind of lame the same girls who have boys friends show up. Most of the brothers are theater and arts members.. kinda socially awkward. I suggest SAE Lambda or Phi Del, way better fraternities and options

There are some goobers in here, and that cannot be looked past that easily. Nice guys chill and a chill brotherhood but y’all are a wayyyyys away from being lower or middle tier. Unless you get delts house.

Pilam will never be as good as AKL or Pike no matter how hard they try. AKL will be the first to get a house and is actually full of really cool guys while pilam will STAY off campus
