Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 3.8 These guys can have fun drunk AND sober. Every brother cares about everyone in the chapter. Luapalooza was freaking awesome btw. Fun and not creepy at all. House does need a few improvements though

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 Skulls is clearly the worst fraternity on campus. As a girl, I know we wouldn't be caught dead there. A bunch of nerds that think they can party, when they clearly shouldn't. Worst house, mean guys, and lame parties.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 4.2 My good friend is in Skulls, and the reason why their reputation dipped a little bit is due to some cool, but very sketchy guys about 3 years ago. They kicked out the sketchy guys and now they have a huge number of guys in the fraternity, and HANDS DOWN have the best parties out of any frat that I've been to at IU. Their huge rush parties will get them good pledge classes. Don't be surprised to see skulls up there with the best sooner than you think....
