Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 The Phi Delt house is one of the worst on frat row, it is old and in bad condition. There is mold and funky smell in the rooms. Occasionally they clean it up but most of the time it is a dirty disgusting mess. Just so you know if you plan on rushing because you would have to live there for a year. Some like these conditions so it is ok if you do.

Was leaving the bathroom and a Phi Delt pushed me into a room and then two more came in and closed the door. They were pushing against me and feeling me up. The first one was taking off his clothes and saying he was going to f me, I said no and that I wanted to leave. Thats when some of my friends came and found me.
