Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 4.2 Honest: Phi Delts do it right with their pledgeship... meaning they're not soft. They all seem very close with one another and are still nice to outsiders. They are currently not in the top 5 because of their seniors. In saying that next year once they are gone and ATO gets kicked off, they will break into the top tier due to their good junior class and super hot sophomore class. Not to mention their current fall pledges; definitely in the top 2 hottest PC's this semester (along with Sig Chi's). Watch out for these guys in the coming semesters.
