Right in-between upper middle and lower top, but they really aren't that douchey. Only thing I don't like about them is they seem to always run out of booze at 1 or 2

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 3.6 Upper middle to lower top, in another house but I can honestly say this is one of the only other houses that isn't weird or douchey. For the most part they got a great group of guys, except their spring 14 class
