But man, FIJI needs to get it together when it comes to the men that they're recruiting & how they're recruiting these guys. Phi Gamma Delta's too, too selective with whom they're recruiting & they've been this way for ages...some wholesale changes need to be made with that chapter, particularly with their recruiting methods.
