Top Tier: SAE, Pike, Sig Chi
Snu is pushing top quick, SigEp is too but not as fast. Alpha sig, lamda as well as phi delt are on the rise from their respected rankings. Fiji will drop at the end of this year. BZ will rise once they get recolonized in Fall '16.

What the hell you mean recolonize? No one knows what the hell is gonna happen, and no one really cares. Beta Zeta can't become Theta Chi again. However, their alumni (Theta Chi Alumni) own the house. You just gotta see will their Alumni kick out BZ and put Theta Chi back in or just stick with that book club of theirs.
