they're actually really cool guys. Their house on Michigan ave is pretty decent but mostly they're nice guys and girls in my house have never once had a complaint about guys being creepy/rapey/douchey. They're not as hot or big as the top frats and I doubt will be for awhile but still a good place to go and on a lot of sororities social calendars
