Everyone else isn't relevant

I'm sorry but Lambda SUCKS. The Fiji house thing is just a rumor too. Also, Sig Ep is on a downward trend. They had to kick some kid out because he embezzled like $10,000 or something. Psi U, Delt Sig, and Fiji are all much better than Lambda and Sig Ep at this moment.

I'd say that Sig Ep is better than all of those frats... Truth is, Fiji lost their house and are moving to an annex(lol) close to BZ so they aren't relevant. So when rush comes around the two top houses on the east side of campus are Sig Chi and Sig Ep. No question.

Spring rush top houses to rush: Pike, Sig Chi, SAE, SNU, Sig Ep and maybe Fiji (if you want letters without a house.)
