this shouldn't even be an argument. BZ is irrelevant and SAE is top house. I always look forward to going to SAE, and my house isn't even allowed to have socials with BZ because they're not a real house.

SAE is obviously on campus and can have socials, which gives them the upper hand. The remaining member of Theta Chi could definitely compete with SAE but the new guys in BZ are all squids
