frats comparable to the south

I have a lot of friends in greek life down there. And all of I've seen is lack of tradition, insane hazing, low grades, and no knowledge of anything about greek life other than partying. The house you mentioned (other than BZ) definitely are better than that.....i hope

LOL southern Greeks are all about their MRS degrees or living off of family money. They don't care about school, education, or respecting others. Not to mention the insane racism. so props to us for not being comparable to them!
