ok, Sig Chi and Pike are absolutely nothing without their locations. Girls want to be in environments where they can be seen "having fun." So don't let it go to your heads because you guys aren't different from any other frat boy.

Sig Chi is next to a decent amount of other fraternities and Pike isn't even in a good location...what are you talking about? Clearly they throw crazy fun tailgates if girls know they can be seen having fun there

Beta zeta is the top house on this campus. It always was when they were theta chi. Still is now now that they are beta zeta. The lodge over any other house. Period.
