What houses do people actually think are the top 3 fraternities? Based on what I've been hearing, it can't be true... Pike I know will always be top of the top but I'm confused about the other 2...

I dont see whats so appealing about pike and sae.. I mean most of their members are from the same high school and have always been with each other. I mean if you don't want to branch out and meet new people then by all means. S/O to all the kids who understand that high school has come and gone and joined a house that fit them rather than the house their peers convinced them to join.

Beta zeta is the top house on this campus. It always was when they were theta chi. Still is now now that they are beta zeta. The lodge over any other house. Period.
