Is it true that AOPi is losing their house next year due to lack of sisterhood and non participation?

No, but I heard that Alpha Gamma Delta might be back on campus next year. They own AoPi's current house and could get it back.

AGD is coming back next school year, they are automatically taking AOPi's house because their national's owns it so they do not have a house next year and this is confirmed

It isn't for sure that AGD is coming back yet. A lot still needs to happen to make that official.

AOPi has a lease on their current house for I think 3 years still. AGD won't be taking their house if they come back, if they do it'll only be after those three years. Either way AOPi is already getting another house

Alpha gamma delta has a charter on aopi's house and they currently rent to them (matter of public record) and if agd recruits enough women when they colonize in 2016 they will be able to take the house in 2017. Aopi also does not have a house to take because there is a housing shortage hence why it took azd 3 years to get a house and sdt not getting one this year either

The only reason AOPi would lose their house anytime soon is if AGD returned to campus. AGD is still not confirmed to come to MSU in 2016 because some voting still needs to take place and technicalities still need to be sorted out. That being said, AOPi is currently in the process of finding a new property. They may either buy a house or buy some property and build a new house all together.

AGD isn't officially a thing. All the panhel delegates voted for them to not come on campus last year and they very well may do it again this year. I heard from an AOII that they will be in the house for 3 years per their lease with AGD and their headquarters is working with them to get new housing regardless of whether AGD comes back.
