So, since someone decided to add 15 pages of spam here you go. These are the houses that are most closely related to each other based off of social pairings and how they recruit. NOT to say that being anywhere in the mix is bad they're just different
"Top Tier"- Looks are definitely a must to get into these houses and they pair the most with Top Tier frats
XO/Kappa
Phi/AXO
Theta/Zeta
"Middle Tier"- Looks are important but if you're not a 10 you can still get a bid. Still have reasonably decent social life, just don't pair often/if atall with top frats. Still respectable houses
KD/SK
AXD/ GPhi
"Bottom Tier" Have trouble meeting quota and really not selective in looks as to who they invite back. Still have a good group of girls who care about each other and are otherwise very involved in philanthropy
DG/ PiPhi

Not sure that I think of zeta or theta as top tier and not sure I agree that Dg is bottom tier but that being said, some of the "middle or bottom tier" houses took quota and initiated all their pledges while some "top tier" houses had to COB this year. You logic is just wrong.

Delta gamma is definitely NOT a bottom tier. They are good middle tier house. This post is stupid and shows everything that is wrong with greek life.
ALL houses have something wonderful to offer pnms! Pnms, go in with an open mind you will find a great house to be in. Tiers are stupid and shouldnt dictate your decisions.
You want to be a in house where you click with girls not where you feel like the sore thumb.
