I am a sophomore who is planning on rushing. Will sororities look past me because I didn't rush last year? Best advice?

It's true that sororities favor freshman a lil more, but there are a good amount of sophomores in almost every pledge class.
Best advice to you is to just be honest and be yourself during rush. It sounds lame but if a house likes you, regardless of your age they'll take you if it's a right fit. I wouldn't be worried at all tho. Best of luck and DONT read the stupid comments about each house and form opinions on them off this site. Worst mistake to start it off. Go in with an open mind and find a good fit for yourself.

what sororities are known for cutting non-freshman?
Also, how important are connections, being that we are not freshman?
and lastly, if a sorority is going to cut a pnm due to age, they will probably do it first round?
