You really can't do much before hand except maybe clean up your social media. A pnm that stands out is someone genuinely interested in a house. If you are shy or quiet, that's a good way to get forgotten during recruitment. Speak up, be yourself, and express interest if there is any.

Ask questions! By keeping the conversation going you'll stand out. There's so many girls that get lost in the mix because they were too nervous to talk. The conversations that stand out are the ones that are two-sided. Also clean up your social media like she said^^
