Let's say I love XYZ sorority, Is it okay to tell a house you can really see yourself there ,etc?
Can it hurt you?
and during rush, do you only talk to one girl or do communicate with a large portion of the chapter?

Yes this is a good idea especially on pref! Girls are trying to gauge whether or not you want their house because if you don't, it's a waste of their time to invite you back. Saying you really love their house specifically is helpful, just don't be creepy. Also you will talk with anywhere from 1-4 girls each day depending on the house you talk too so a wide variety of girls.
