How are letters of recommendation taken here?
Would I look desperate if I sent some in to a few sororities?
I have ladies who really believe in me, but I know rec letters tend to be a southern thing at Ole Miss, or Alabama, or Texas, etc.

Unless it's a recommendation from a legacy or someone from the specific chapter that knows you it's really not needed.
