transfer

Hey guys, I'm going to be attending MSU in the fall and wanted to join a chapter. I'm already in a fraternity at the school i'm transferring from so I was going to try to join the chapter at State. Would I automatically be a brother because I'm in the fraternity nationally? Would I have to rush again? Anybody have any advice on how to go about this?
