I went to orientation and now I am not sure If I want to go to MSU. I didn't really feel welcomed there. Does anyone regret going to MSU?

orientation was just like high school and everyone went with their friends and didn't attempt to meet people- I felt the same it was the worst two days. Coming to State was nothing like that and I have loved every minute of it

Most people I know hated their first semester at MSU but ended up loving it at the end of the year. Going to a school with 45,000 students is a huge transition for anyone, and it WILL be super hard. But just stick with it and you won't regret it. I hated state my freshman year but now 3 years later I love it & can't imagine being anything but a Spartan!

Tbh MSU is full of bitter kids that didn't get into uofm or were too stupid to even bother applying

^ If you are the same UofM kid that trolled this site last year please go focus on your own Greek Life and not destroying ski lodges rather than coming to this page to rant about your superiority.

This site is about Greek Life, not anything else. I'm sorry you didn't have fun at orientation, but if you want to go Greek, you really need to grow up and move on. This is college, welcome week is about a month away. Rush and recruitment is right after that. Decide what you want and please stop whining.
